A sophrology session is an invitation to take a break from your daily life and take some time for yourself.
It is a moment to relax, reconnect with your body and refocus on yourself and your needs

POSITIVE ACTION
Learn to focus on the positive to create a virtuous circle: All positive actions, thoughts, or feelings impact the body and mind and reinforce positive experiences.
Positive feelings > motivation > positive actions and behaviors > positive feelings > …BODY AWARENESS
Learn to observe and listen to your body and be more aware of your physical, mental and emotional feelings to better manage them. Your body is your presence in the world, it is your tool for experiencing the world. By encouraging body awareness you act on your inner world and your environment.OBJECTIVE REALITY
Learn to take a more objective view of situations, seeing things as they are—without judgments, assumptions or preconceived ideas—while becoming aware of personal filters and projections.ADAPTABILITY
Accept things as they are and adapting to them in order to take action. Sessions and exercises are personalized and tailored to the client’s goals, needs, and constraints. -
A session lasts about 1 hour and includes time for discussion and practice (breathing exercises, relaxation, gentle movements, visualization.)
The first sessions often focus on relaxation and releasing stress and tension to meet immediate needs for well-being and concentration. Once a state of well-being is established, we then work on developing awareness of inner resources and strengthening new capacities.
The frequency of sessions varies according to your objective, your initial state, your deadline and your constraints. Regularity allows you to integrate your feelings and promotes awareness.
